Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details. If you don’t get one within a few minutes, double-check your email or contact us at yardiethebrand@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons like:

Product availability
Errors in pricing or product info
Suspicious or flagged transactions

If we ever need to cancel your order, we’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed, and we do our best to keep them accurate.

You agree to pay the full price of your order at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes or fees.
We accept major payment methods securely through Shopify.
YardieTheBrand is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges that might apply to international orders.

4. Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind or something not quite right? No worries — just check out our Return & Refund Policy for how to send your item back.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges — just return for a refund and place a new order if needed.

5. Product Availability

We do our best to keep everything in stock, but sometimes items sell out quickly — especially during drops or sales. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know and issue a full refund.

6. Product Descriptions

We try to make sure all product info, images, and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Keep in mind that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
