We hope you love your pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of when your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (like your order number or confirmation email)

Items That Can’t Be Returned

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Swimwear, underwear, or custom pieces (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Heads up: Original shipping fees (if any) aren’t refunded.

Return Shipping

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged.

  • We recommend using a tracked service—we’re not responsible for lost returns.

Wrong Item or Damaged?

Uh-oh! If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of getting your order. We’ll make it right.
